M 23000 FORESTAL
Aluminium profile with a thermal break of a high-class thermal insulation, integrated with nobly types of wood on the inside. The system is used for making windows and balcony doors.
M23000 FORESTAL series is the latest response of ALUMIL to a market demand for hi - end, turnaround - tilting system with thermal break. It combines twenty years of experience and knowledge in the design of aluminum structures and enriches their quality with aesthetic of wood.
Features of this product line:
• World-class thermal insulation with polyamide (fiberglass - polymerised PA 6.6), 24 mm and 20 mm frame in the wing (according to DIN52619 - 3: U (K) = 1.4 - 1.6 W/m2K; Group 1.0),
• Increased thickness of the profiles for strong construction with high durability,
• multi-chamber profiles for frames and sashes,
• Profile of a special alloy fin the rame, which makes the frame stronger and safer in case of attempted burglary,
• multi-chamber central-sealing tires, which contributes to the increased thermal insulation,
• timber and aluminum parts are connected by plastic buckles, creating a gap of 5 mm, which circulates the air, and thus preventing water condensation,
• Tilt - slope mechanism of 16 mm which locks in several places at once all over the edge of the wing, so called. perimetrical mechanism (class WK3)
• The possibility of glazing with glass package of up to 32 mm,
