- Faceting is a very popular type of mechanical processing of the visible edges of glass and mirrors. Grinding at an angle and by polishing, sharp edges of cutting are processed which improves the quality of optical surfaces of glass plates and changes the light transmission.
Facette enhances the visual experience and therefore has become an inevitable detail on the windows and mirrors in the interior. In Juginus, on the latest computerized machine, according to given parameters, glass and mirrors are impeccably facetted.
- KP processing involves edging and polishing glass. It is used for tables and glass surfaces in need of fine, shiny and polished glass edges so that glass would get the right color and show its peculiar beauty.
-Drilling and cutting holes in the glass enables merger with other materials in different ways. Furniture designers and architects who want specific and unusually effective details resort to this type of solutions in interior design or other areas.Automated procedure (Computer Numerical Control) during this type of processing, allows simultaneous drilling of glass on top and bottom. It is computer controlled and features a high precision in achieving the given forms.
-We introduce Juginus`s manufacturing plant with latest machinery for glass processing.
Drilling machine automatically accepts introduced glass with pneumatic pumps, while the drilling platform raises and lowers pneumatically. Irregular edges on the flat glass are processed on a machine that is of high-quality and can work both in automatic or manual mode, and the dust created in the process is vacuumed.
The high-speed cutting table RUNNER 3.70/6.20 is equipped with brushless motors to move through X and Y axis. Sliding system for glass navigation provides high processing speed and higher precision.
Depending on the thickness of the glass the pressure is automatically determined while cutting and quantity of oil discharged is adjusted to speed. PLC controls the machine washer that has exceptional performance. All parameters are set on the integrated touch-screen. Bearings and shafts in the area for drying are water-resistant.
Facetting machine with 7 glass procesing tools is available in two versions - Round and Arris, it processes glass from left to right, changing the angle of 3 ° to 45 °, up to 35 mm width. The complete machine is pneumatic controlled. All parts meet the CE standard. Different types of glass are also treated on laminating machines, kp and thermal processing machines.
